I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their staff is friendly, and welcoming. In todays age where most doctors offices are in the 'stone age', camelback health care is firmly grounded in the electronic age. Upto date office equipment, electronic medical records and information, added to direct personal attention are the foundation here. why go somewhere else... read more

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The office was easy enough to find. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average

I tell all my friends that "I have discovered a great family practice". The staff is competent, progressive, and friendly. They always take time to discuss my issues and they have a great relationship with all the specialists I have to co-ordinate with. My prior care was with Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston and Camelback Family Healthcare has continued to provide me with the care and detail with which I am accustom; that's a hard thing to find in Phoenix. my former pcp is retiring and i've been in the market for a cozy family practice to transition my care... camelback family healthcare was recommended to me by a friend and i'm so glad!! the whole staff is fantastic, warm, caring and comfortable... i would gladly refer anyone to this beautiful practice!!
