We have worked with Anne Marie for the purchase of our last two homes. The first one was 17 years ago and then recently a month ago. We also worked with Anne Marie to sell our last home. She is always knowledgeable of the area and pays attention to what we are looking for. She worked diligently with us to find a home after ours sold and then COVID-19 hit making looking for a home challenging.
Anne Marie is currently helping us with the purchase of our new home. She is very good at negotiating and getting a very good deal. She also answers my calls when I call her with questions. If she doesn't have the answer right off, she knows where to get it. I would recommend her highly.
Anne Marie treats her clients with respect and truly listens. She has been our broker for selling and buying homes. Her skills for both are amazing. This is our fifth transaction with Anne Marie. She is AMAZING. In 2004, she helped my husband and me sell the condo that my hubby owned before we got married.
