Ugh – It's on a terribly busy street, and there's not enough parking. Neighbors are noisy and nosy, and can't help but bring their Jerry Springer drama outside for everyone else to enjoy (extreme sarcasm here). There is too much questionable foot traffic as well - a lot look like they're up to no good. The heat doesn't work too well either - it's warmer outside during the winter than it is inside!
