I cannot rate Dr. Zaki’s medical ability nor her knowledge since I have not been able to schedule an appointment with her as of this date. I am certain that she is an excellent ophthalmologist since my primary care doctor, Vicky Chen-Yang referred her, and Dr. Chen-Yang is an excellent doctor. On 3/18/2024, I called Dr. Zaki‘s office to make an appointment because my left eye was very red. Just completed the process for Light Adjustable Lenses that I used for my cataract surgery. The surgery and process went perfect. LAL can be adjusted after implant, a process that can take about 6 weeks, so I spent a lot of time at her office being measured and refraction needs fine tuned. I highly recommend her for all your eye needs. Professional and personable doctor.
She and her staff were very nice, but my cateract surgery did not go as planned. I was supposed to get mono vision. She told me in order to make sure the eye sight is percise, I needed to pay for this extra measurement not covered by insurance because I previously had lasik. I paid for the extra measurement on both eyes but I still did not get the results discussed. Dr Zaki has treated my family and is both knowledgeable and extremely caring. She is a first class eye surgeon and I highly recommend her!
