Upbeat and positive, Dr. Shaffer sized up the situation immediately. Diagnosis even included external events that caused the allergic rash I'd never had before. She was patient and flexible explaining various options for treatment. Pretty darn impressed, I was! P.S./Spoiler alert: All pet lovers...look no further for sure for a doc you'll consider yourself quite lucky to find and be taken care of by.
I LOVE Dr. Shaffer! She has been my doctor for 20 years. She is knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and she listens to your concerns and takes time to explain everything. I highly recommend her if your looking for a good doctor.

Prompt excellent service by Dr. Kettler and her excellent staff. Everybody was professional kind and thoughtful. She was well treated and looks forward to her next visit.
We think the appointment went very well. Dr Kaplan took time with us to explain changes, his plan of action, diagnosis and concerns. He listened to us without rushing us and took time to answer questions. He took extra time at the end of his day to show us the MRI's that were done and explain what we were looking at. His staff were incredible, kind and patient with us. We really liked his assistant also (cannot remember his name though) He was so very kind and took extra time with us.
