Dr. Kaplan is an excellent physician. He takes his time during our visits, always makes sure my questions are answered, and never makes me feel rushed. He has gone above and beyond expectations to make sure I am well cared for. In my opinion, you would be hard pressed to find a better doctor than Dr. Kaplan. The nurses and office staff are wonderful as well.

I highly recommend Dr Shaffer to anyone who is serious about their health. She goes the extra mile to correct any issue that you might have and the expertise to do it correctly. Very down to earth.
Dr. Kaplan's office is amazing. It is run by caring, kind people from the front desk to Infusion girls, nurses, Jennifer Chester to Dr. Kaplan. I have been going there for over 3 years and only have been treated with the utmost of kindness, knowledge, and care with my treatment of MS. They really want you to feel better and they offer you the options to do that. They monitor your treatment and keep in excellent contact with their patients.
