We had a real estate agent before Anne who basically sat on our apartment for about a year with no appreciable results. Anne, on the other hand, made useful recommendations to us, like removing the carpeting and re-finishing the floors, that helped us sell the apartment quickly and for a good price. It pays to have an attentive agent who knows the market, communicates well and offers practical advice gleaned from her considerable experience.

I have used Anne Donohue Realty multiple times for both sales and rental projects. Ms. Donohue has always made the process of selling and renting pleasant and easy. She knows the local market, gives up-to -date advice and handles the process and details from start to end. She's a true professional.

I am the Executor of a Queens, NY Estate. I live in North Carolina which makes everything difficult as Executor of a NY Estate. The deceased has/had a C oOp in Queens, NY that I had to sell. In 2009 I bought a home in Westchester NY and wanted to sell my co-op in Bayside NY, and of course the real estate market went bust. Unable to sell, Anne found a fantastic family to sublease the apartment. She and her staff handled all the paperwork; she walked the prospective tenants through the co-op approval, all I did was collect rent checks. I have been working with Anne for a very difficult situation to deal with Coop Board name WOTC, she has the knowledge and skill to deal with Coop Board, the most important thing is Anne thinks about her customer more than herself, I'm fortunate enough to have Anne as my broker and have these issues resolved and sold apartment.

My experience with Anne was top notch!! She is an expert in her field, and she is a very hard worker. She will do everything she can to help you and make you feel absolutely comfortable. I felt like I knew her for a long time. I trusted her right away and she proved trustworthy. I would highly recommend working with her for all of your real estate needs. Her office workers were also really nice!
