Anne helped me with property purchase, unfortunately she is not interested to help her customers at all, I was asking her questions about the property if it buildable and if it has anything wrong with it she hide the information and didn’t warn me, we bought the parcel to build our first sweet home and now we own parcel with 100% neighbors sever on it and we can’t build anything just paying taxes for it so my neighbors can dump there sh…t on it. Thanks Anne you are awesome.
Recently bought a home listed by Anne Curry. The sellers did not disclose burglary events leading to our move in and I had a bike stolen from the basement as well as the built in walk in closet hardware stolen because the owners did not change locks or secure the home while it was vacant. Our realtors were shocked by this and to help amend the situation promised to give us 500 dollars each. Unresponsive and unhelpful. My colleague and I have past business ties with Anne and has reached out several times, but have been met largely with indifference. Posting under my account to avoid retaliation and hope for improved response in the future, but I think it is important for people to know that this operation only seems to respond when it involves a "deal".
I've attended two of Anne's networking sessions on real estate investing - the most recent one on "Building Momentum." She has lots of connections in this space and is an expert at teaching new investors on taking the first step. I admire what's she's accomplished and appreciate that she shares her knowledge and expertise with others.
