Unresponsive and unhelpful. My colleague and I have past business ties with Anne and has reached out several times, but have been met largely with indifference. Posting under my account to avoid retaliation and hope for improved response in the future, but I think it is important for people to know that this operation only seems to respond when it involves a "deal".
I've attended two of Anne's networking sessions on real estate investing - the most recent one on "Building Momentum." She has lots of connections in this space and is an expert at teaching new investors on taking the first step. I admire what's she's accomplished and appreciate that she shares her knowledge and expertise with others.
