Hi my name is Jamie and I absolutely love going to Dr. Chee! I had to switch dentist and I could have not chosen a better dentist. Her prices are reasonable given the quality and time commitment she gives me. Everytime I go they make sure to block out a time for me so that I know that I am taken care of. I got a root canal there and it was pain free and I was comfortable. The numbness went away fairly qucik and she offered great tips. The building is really nice and her employees are super sweet. Dr. Chee is the best Dentist in the state of Texas. I have bad anxiety and stress when I even think about having to go to the dentist and Dr. Chee and her staff always make it a pleasant experience. Dr. Chee and her staff always let you know what to expect before they give you any treatment. The appointment times are usually right on schedule unless there is an emergency that comes up. Best dentist I have ever known. Everyone asks about my smile.
Dental hygiene has always been a priority to me. Unfortunately during college I slacked off. After graduating from Texas Tech I moved back to Houston and thank God I found Dr. Chee. She is amazing at what she does and she really knows her stuff. I loved her honesty and genuine care for me and my dental hygiene. I had teeth whitening and invisalign done at Dr Chee. The whitening went very well. They were very patient as my teeth were sensitive, and offered to do it in two sessions to make it easier for me, free of charge. As for invisalign, I am on my 9th aligner and it is going well. Dr Chee sees me regularly and spends an adequate amount of time with me, going over all my concerns. Everybody is very nice in the office. There is no wait time to get in. It was a horrible experience!!!! once you pay for your full treatment, they don't even call you for your next apointment. I was waiting sometimes 50 minutes or more to see her even tough I had an apointment. They change their mind all the time about what you need and especially about what you have to pay. Now I am going to see another doctor and they are not cooperating to transfer my file. Please don't go and experience what I had experienced there!!!!
Dr. Chee and the rest of her staff are always very professional, courteous, and friendly. I never have trouble making appointments -- even when they are very last minute. While I often have to wait at other doctor offices even when I arrive at my scheduled appointment time, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes at Dr. Chee's office. The office is clean with state-of-the-art equipment (e.g. there is a video feed so that you can watch what the dentist is doing on a monitor if you so choose). WOW! Dr. Chee is amazing! Her fron toffice assistant Joy is also incredible. I used to have a terrible fear of going to the dentist but they are gentle, understanding and kind, and now I don't mind going anymore! I highly reccomend them to anyone!
Dr Chee is the most caring dentist I have ever had. I would highly reccomend her to anyone. She did a great job on my cosmetic veneers.
