Dr.alaniz was awesome.she is an angel.i love her bed side manner.very kind and patient. Explained everything to me so I could understand . Made me feel so comfortable .we had a few laughs.i w as so nervous when I got there but see put my mind and ease and I was able to calm down.i have a lot of confidence in her.i think she will take good care of me.
She's never available. She nor her staff return calls and they ALWAYS mess up medications being prescribed. Im looking for a new provider as we speak.
Dr. Alaniz calmed all of my fears from the cancer diagnosis. She was thete for me through every step of my treatment and she took her time explaining everything clearly. Her bedside manner is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better OBGYN Oncologist. Highly recommend. She will be my OBGYN for the rest of my days!
Avoid this DO / Dr Alaniz almost killed me at the Methodist Hospital - near 2 months in the hospital and still recovering - I am in disbelieve of how disregarded this doctor was to me .. no manners with patients in the hospital
My mother was referred to this office because it was suspected that she had cancer. My mother never saw the doctor but was immediately set up for about four test that had to be done as quickly as possible and the nurse called me almost every day. After the last test all we got were crickets!! I called the doctors nurse at least six times leaving message after message to get an update since they so urgently had my mother take all of these test but I never received one phone call in return from the nurse. I find Dr. Alaniz amazing - professionally, personally, and in her standard of care. As other reviewers have said, her bedside manner with patients is humble, kind, and warm, and she explains things patiently, in terms non-medical people can understand. When it comes to surgery, she is utterly in charge. She was able to remove the cancer that had spread to complicated places so that I left surgery with no remaining congregating cancer cells.
