I had a virtual consultation and was told I needed to have surgery before end of year. Dr Alaniz assured me she would have her office call with appointment information within 48 hours. It’s been a week and I have not heard anything even with multiple calls to the office. The follow through from this provider is very poor. I have considered getting another Dr for this surgery but it’s too late in the year. If I don’t have surgery before end of year I will most likely not survive. I don’t understand how this can be ignored.

Dr Alaniz is such a gentle and patient soul. She listens to her patients and then put forward the best plan to meet the patient needs. Love her!
I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer stage 3 when I met with Dr. Alaniz. She was absolutely amazing. She performed my surgery and I was later diagnosed with stage 4. She takes time to explain everything, she was never in a rush when she met with me. All of my questions were important to her and she gave great answers. She makes you feel like family not just a patient. This made my journey with cancer so much easier... I was blessed to have her.

I am older and a little hard of hearing. The doctor was very thorough in her explanation of what was going on, but talked a little fast. Sometimes I strained to hear her. These are old people problems I'm sure y'all are already aware of. Thanks.

Dr. Alaniz was very genuine and caring. She has a natural talent of relaxing the patient while addressing the concerns. I am very thankful to my my OBGYN to refer me to her.
