Dr McKenzize is the best! I only got to her now for all of my needs.
Husband was mis-diagnosed yet charged $400. Prescribed $800 cream ( which we did not pick up from pharmacy). Will not go back, at least not to that particular provider.
Will let you schedule appointment online only then to refuse seeing you when you show up for your appointment because they don't take the insurance you entered. Will not take self-pay once they know you have insurance they won't accept. Mildly infuriating.
I had my first appointment with Mercy Viator, and it was a fantastic experience! She was punctual, incredibly thorough, personable and attentive during my skin cancer check and subsequent biopsy. She and the nurse walked me through the aftercare and gave me clear instructions. I'm grateful for the level of care Mercy provided and would highly recommend her!
5 stars plus! The front desk person was polite, courteous and efficient. The wait to see the doctor was less than 10 minutes. The doctor was great- very knowledgeable, careful & made sure that I was comfortable while explaining everything she was doing. She only did what she was confident doing & advised that further resolution should be pursued by a surgeon.
