Absolutely do not recommend this practice. Brought my daughter in to have her skin looked at and they treated her in office that day. The spots that they treated started bubbling and turning red that evening. I tried calling and left 2 portal messages along with photos and received no response. When I called, they said Mackenzie (the one who treated) would call me back by end of day. Nothing. Now they are closed and it’s a Friday so there is no way to get in touch. Beware if you are a self-pay patient. I came here with a severe case of lupus, explicitly told them my history, and explained that I needed updated testing to get my medication. They knew I was paying out of pocket. They ordered an $800 biopsy test, which I paid for upfront. After the test was done, they blindsided me by claiming I actually needed a completely different $1,200 test because the first one didn't show what they needed—something they should have known from the start.
