I schedule a cosmetology appointment for a deep wrinkle in my forehead at 7:30 am. The doctor came in and immediately told me I was scheduled with the wrong doctor. She said I had an "11" wrinkle which required botox which she did not do or know much about. She had no idea what it cost as she personally had decided not to perform the treatments.
