My church is next door to them Freedom in the word ministry so I went there to get a manicure and they didn't even use clean tools on my fingers and I asked did they happen to have some cleans tools she said no you don't know they're clean i said that u just took them out to draw so she went Ran some water on them and came back I told her don't worry about it I walk out You don't know who she used them on if they bled when she was done the manicure or what and I wasn't gonna let her put those things on my hand I'm used to se... read more

Horrible experience. Anna cut into my skin rushing causing bleeding and burning. Over the course of 2 days it began swelling,and became tender to touch. Became difficult just simply doing day to day task with the finger. I reported it to Anna and she told me come back to the salon..she made an attempt to put peroxide and neosporin on ny open wound that now had become discolored looking infected. They are horrible, they rushed and very rough with doing your nails and toes. Horrible horrible horrible
