Anna is not for everyone. She is fast, direct and there is no pampering in her chair. But she has always done a great job on my hair and doesn't waste time. I found her 3 years ago and even after moving out of the Inner Sunset, I still travel from Alameda to see her.

I had been growing my curls for a bit and my ends were dead. I went to get full-head highlights and cut my ends, and what I got was a shorter hair style in which I can't wear curly nor straight and my ends are still a disaster. I usually trust very few people with my hair since not everyone can properly treat curls, this is the result. I'm so dissapointed.

I am so disappointed! I paid $200 for colour and cut!!! and when I get home I realized that I still have my grey hair and the colour that I used to have in my hair ends! What a horrible service!

DO NOT GO HERE- I had my hair cut by Anna herself and It is absolutely terrible. I asked for 1 inch off and on the shortest she took about 2-3 and it's terribly uneven. The ONLY reason I didn't notice is because she barely dried my hair and I left he salon with one side wet and one side half dry so I thought It might just look different because it's curly. She should be absolutely ashamed of herself, do not go especially with a groupon!!!! My groupon was for partial highlights, a cut and blow dry and I don't think she put an... read more
