Horrific experience in dealing with both Melissa & Francesco. Truly has to be among the rudest and most unprofessional customer service experiences in my life. We paid a deposit nearly a month ago and have yet to take possession of the product we ordered. Melissa was highly unprofessional divulging personal information about her health issues, cursing, and was just plain deceitful. This company is full of empty promises, no-shows, poor quality glass, and bad customer service. I've never been so frustrated with a company. After LITERALLY 60+ calls and no product I gave up. There are tons of glass companies in Denver. Please save your time and money and find another company.
I have had the pleasure of doing biz with them on several occassions had a a very good out come with them very professional great costumer service just great all the way around and great prices too
