First they opened early for me. I found a dress I really loved, but had an appointment at another shop in Eugene to still go to. Long story short, realized the dress I tried on at Anna's was the one! I called the shop on my way back from Eugene to see if I could stop by and try it on again, this was an hour before they closed. Anna and her exceptional staff made my dream dress a reality! There was such a great variety of gowns- I couldn't believe they carried the one I'd fallen in love with. I was visiting from out of town and my wedding date was to close to my appointment to order it. They custom fit my dress for me off the rack in just over a day! It turned out perfect and my wedding was a fairy-tale. Thank you Anna's for making my experience and dress so special!

I was in the area and they were able to work me in without an appointment. I feel like I got a fair price on the dress as I took it off the shelf and was able to get it lower than ticket price. I walked out of there with it in hand and a bottle of wine they gave me! Also, I tried on five dresses that I could have easily seen myself wearing on the big day.
