By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. To see the pictures you are posting of brides holding a sign that says “I said yes to the dress”... I was never offered that. Especially since my parents dropped $2000 on my dress at your store. Kind of makes me sad. Anna seems like she is “burnt out” on doing her job. I went to six Portland area bridal shops and was feeling really discouraged. Then when I went to Anna’s I found four different dresses that I was in love with! And while saying “Yes” to the dress is such a big day, what I was shocked about during my wedding planning is how much time you spend with your bridal shop once the dress comes in, and how important it is to like your bridal shop and their alterations staff! I absolutely LOVED my wedding dress and veil I got from Anna's Bridal. I went to a bunch of different dress shops and looked online before deciding on Anna's. Anna and her employees were always super friendly whenever I was in the store and did such a perfect job on altering the dress to fit me!
