Highly recommend! We recently got a new to us car from Annapolis Subaru and it was such a great experience! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We went after work so it meant a later night for them and they did it with a smile! Ottie, Billy, and Bob were the dream team! Ottie walked us through every question we had and made the typical wait more fun. Bob explained all the financing aspects perfectly and answered every question we had and Billy joked around and made us feel welcomed. You won’t regret your visit here!

Be sure to come back after you've driven a few miles so that we can go over any questions you may have about the tech features, etc. There is so much information reviewed at the time of delivery you can't possibly remember it all, right?
Took my WRX STi off-site for maintenance without my knowledge or permission. They have apparently have another maintenance shop 3 miles away. Not happy.
Be honest about the installed equipment on vehicles sold. Purchased Certified pre-owned 2017 Subaru BRZ. Was told verbally and in writing, that the car included the performance package. Car does NOT have promised equipment. Annapolis Subaru, still refuses to make this right. I currently plan on filing a claim with Maryland’s Attorney General, Consumer Protection division.
