Way too long to wait for doc, over 30 minutes, no doc. So I left.
As always -- friendly, professional staff and great doctors and assistants.
Everyone was very pleasant and helpful ... and they are quick -- I never wait very long.
The office management is extremely poor. I had a mole removal surgery scheduled today. I was told I couldn't be seen unless I paid $400.00. This was an estimate of what my procedure would have cost. I have an HSA which can only be used once the medical bill is received and processed by my insurance. This office is so concerned about money and not the well-being of their patients. They would not submit to my HSA but demanded I pay up front.. I was told to go home. So I wasted an hour of my day. I will NEVER return to this off... read more
