When you make 2 appointments back to back with a specific Dr. it should stay that way. We called to confirm and one appointment was changed from the Dr. to a P.A. and the other appointment was cancelled. We were not notified of these changes and no one has the answers as to why and who made the changes.
First visit today. Staff were very helpfuI. They take very good care of you here. I was very happy with my visit. Looking forward to the next.
Today was my first visit to Annapolis Dermatology Associates. I was extremely impressed as to how quickly , after I Checked in, I was taken back to the changing room and seen. Everyone was both friendly and polite, which made my visit a VERY pleasant experience. In my book, they rate MORE than five stars and will be my official place for Dermatologic issues!

The providers need to get together and read online reviews. They would realize they have a staffing problem. I have had an awful experience, and the staff was completely unapologetic. They filed paperwork incorrectly, and then took almost 4 weeks to resolve it. The provider was fine, so I hoped it was a one time accident, but when I took a second patient to them, they didn't get the paperwork right AGAIN. And AGAIN, the admin staff was unapologetic and defensive.
Today was my first visit. I was seen right away no wait at all and Rachel was great �
