Dr Sandbach slotted me in last minute when I had a vitreous detachment I thought might be a retinal detachment. She calmed me down. Excellent service and clear explanation of my issue and what to do/watch out for.
Very disappointing experience here. Referred by our doctor for my 8 month old baby, and was there for 45 mins before we were told the Dr was not coming in that day. We won’t be returning.
My son had dilation eye drops administered and was asked to wait in the waiting room until the doctor was ready to see him. I waited with my 5 year old for 2 hours. After asking how much l longer we would have to wait we were told that the doctor had not even arrived yet. Doctor couldn’t be contacted and they weren’t sure when or if he was going to turn up. Ended up leaving and will never return. No phone call afterwards with an explanation or apology. What a shambles and a complete waste of time.
My son has been seeing Dr. Huey Tsang since he was a baby. Dr Tsang is always calm and good. But today the lady at the reception screwed up my son's appointment and called me while I was on the way. She booked my son 30min earlier (in school hours) and she put my son on a late note. He is in primary school now and he ended up skipping all morning as they are always busy. 30 min is important for him.
