I was apprehensive about my visit as I needed an extraction and initial work on an implant in one session. My procedure started right on time at 9 am. Hygienist Julie B did a great job of getting me prepped and super comfortable. Even tho I was distracting myself with an audiobook playing thru headsets, I could hear Dr Eric offer positive reinforcement as the (painless) extraction began. The staff is always so friendly. They treat you like they have known you for awhile. My tooth was smoothed down so it no longer cut into my tongue until I can come back and have a new crown put on. Lori was very patient w/ me and smoothed it a few times until I was satisfied w/ the results.
