There was a miscommunication between me and the woman who did my nails and I ended up paying $90 for a pedicure. I would never have paid this. I told her I wanted the most simple of pedicures. She asked if I wanted to have my calluses removed and I said yes, and it ended up being an additional $40. We never agreed on that price. Make sure to double check that you are on the same page as the person that is doing your service. She did a good job on my toes, but it was ridiculously overpriced and I will not be going back.
This review is for Michelle. She is the best barber I have ever had. I have been going to her for 3 years now. She knows what I want to get every time, she does the best job, is very quick with no mistakes, and also makes great conversation every time. She will even answer texts about appointments at all hours of the day. Thank you Michelle for years of great work and consistency. If anyone is looking for a barber with talent, precision, and someone you can enjoy seeing every time, Michelle is the person for you!
First time at this Spa and it was great. Very clean and beautifully set up. The staff was all very friendly and very professional. Had a pedicure done and Van took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Had my eyebrows waxed and she did a great job of just cleaning them up and re-shaping them. Just found my new salon and it has been just down the street the whole time. Never noticed it before, because it is tucked in the back behind Nob Hill. Great find and reasonable prices
