I haven’t been getting my nails done here for 14 years and I would not go anywhere else! Great customer service super skilled nail technicians! Cindy and Q are excellent!
I got my nails done and about five days in after that realized that something wasn’t working for me. I called and let them know what I was experiencing, and they asked me to come in that day Where it was fixed on the spot and I was not charged. This team takes fantastic care of their patrons. Thank you so much to Christie and the whole crew!
Kieu is amazing! I went in for gel/acrylics and had such a positive experience. She was so professional, went through every layer so patiently, and a week later my nails still look perfect. It’s a great salon. Thank you!
I had Amy and she was so awesome! Did a great job taking off my old gel and putting on another color. Did as many coats as necessary to get desired color. Great experience.
Great Pre-wedding nail party experience! We recently had a pre-wedding nail party for the bridal party of my daughter’s wedding at Annabelle’s in Los Gatos. The owner was friendly and helpful beforehand and during the experience. It was at lunchtime and we were able to have food trays from neighboring Nob Hill and drinks in the room. They were able to accommodate more than 10 people in a 2 hour period, did repairs as needed and all our nails looked gorgeous! All their nail specialists are experienced and are artists!
