No faith in this doctor whatsoever. This was the worst doctor visit that I have EVER had. Couldn't understand a word she said, she made incorrect assumptions instead of tests, didn't ask any questions, rushed through the visit, ignored vital things I said, and just handed out random blood tests. Didn't even offer solutions to any of the problems we went to the office for. The office itself was falling to pieces, trashy and dirty. The building had no signage at all and looked residential. I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Razon. She is always willing to take the time out to answer all of my questions. It is a bit difficult to get an appointment, but that has been my experience with most doctors now a days.
The staff is rude, bad people manners and even worse on the phone. The office itself is a joke. I had to get refills to a medication I'm taking authorized through her every month or so. So, I would have to call the pharmacy to send a prescription renewal request to the doctor in advance of me running out. Every time, she dragged her feet with getting back to them. 2 weeks would go by between the initial request and me finally getting my prescriptions (which I have to use daily, mind you). This was the worst experience I ever had with a doctor. It took a month to get an appointment, and then, during the appointment I was rush and was left with no answers, but a appointment for a blood test. I had to drive a half hour away to a hospital to get my blood test, and I never received my results. I call hundreds of times (since I paid almost $300 for the test, I wanted my results).
