I have been a loyal customer to Allstate. I have 3 vehicles under this insurance and been paying every penny , every month for 8 years. In those 8 years I've only had 2 claims. One was for my catalytic converter and the most recent one for vandalism to one of my vehicles. The whole claim process has been a headache and hard to deal with. Aside from having to pay 500$ deductibles they have been taking their precious time in solving my situation due to ''investigation'' .
