I went to Anna’s Nails today and had such a great experience! Anna was the one who helped me — I got waxing, a shellac manicure, and a pedicure. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how attentive she was throughout the entire service. She took her time and made sure everything was done properly, and kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the colour and how things were going. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. Manicure and pedicure were quick but that evening I could feel the polish edges of a few of my toes lift off against my bed sheets. Then 2 days later a few of the finger nails started to lift as well. Went back next day and they fixed the toes and were quite nice about it but I’m thinking the quality of work perhaps could have been better to avoid having to return. I didn’t want to return to have the finger nails fixed.
