Outstanding ophthalmologist!
We continue to be disappointment with the delays at this location. They have only gotten worse. We arrived early for an appointment that was supposed to be at 4 PM. We weren’t seen by the actual provider until AFTER 5 PM. This is unacceptable. I think this reflects poorly on the clinic for not providing better services but also on the provider for not advocating for more help. We always expect at least a 30 minute or longer delay, which in itself is poor, but this last visit was unacceptable.
Recovering steadily from my trabeculectomy/ cataract surgery, a shoutout! to the awesome UW glaucoma team of Dr Anna Momont and fellow- Dr Gutierrez who is about to go out on her own making the world a better place, one eye at a time!
