I have been going to Doctors in Orange County for 30 years and this was truly the best experience I have ever had. To start with the front office staff are delightful: friendly, welcoming; helpful. Dr Meneely was incredible: so patient and kind. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I cant see how the care/experience could have been better. Everything was on-time.
Great patient experience. Appointment felt thorough and focused. Outlined short and long term solutions for my foot issue. Accomplished a lot during a single visit.
I recently had a wonderful experience with this podiatrist Dr. Meneely. The doctor's kindness and patience truly made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit and she keeped in touch with me until I had a full recovery. The staff members, Irma and Maggy, were also incredibly nice and efficient. They made sure everything ran smoothly and they always address all of my needs promptly. I highly recommend this podiatry practice for their excellent care and friendly atmosphere.
Dr. Meneely is amazing, well-educated, easy to talk with, and she actually listens. Not many doctors/surgeons do that today, and it’s refreshing to have that with her. Also, huge shout out to Margarita, and her prompt responses! She got me the items I needed quickly to get x-rays done prior to my appointment with Dr. Meneely. Also, shout to Mark for prepping me before my appointment. Wonderful team you’ve got here!
After the initial visit for a ganglion cyst, a foot xray was done, MRI was ordered and a follow up appointment was made to review MRI results in one week. I asked the front desk if an MRI would get done that quickly and they reassured me that would be the case. MRI exam was never scheduled, I called several times to cancel my appointment, was not able to get through (was sent to a message service who said the office must be busy).
