My daughter and I had an amazing time with Captain Alex sailing around Anna Maria Island! Knowledgeable and reassuring, he made us comfortable and safe. This was the highlight of our Thanksgiving holiday!
My daughter and her boyfriend booked a cruise back in December and showed up on Coquina Beach and Alex was in New Jersey did not call to reschedule said he would refund that was three months!!!! When are you going to pay my son who put it on his card for his 17Year old sister $120 and Alex has been promising to pay it back but hasn’t so you owe a UNITED STATE MARINEWho is protecting our country!!!! Shame on you..
I am sure the sailing experience is great if you go. However, if THEY cancel your trip due to weather they WILL NOT refund your money. Rather, they will give you the run-around for months telling you that they will get back to you and ultimately never do. So, buyer beware....
My fiancé and I did a 2.5 hour sailing charter with captain Alex. We had such a nice time, we loved it! Alex was kind and friendly, the boat was nice, the price was reasonable, and the ride was relaxing and serene. Would definitely recommend!! Plan to charter a different style next time we visit the area :)
