We rented 307 63rd street with our friends. We planned on having a great time. This has been the absolute worst vacation and home we've ever had. The floors are literally about to fall in. It's known because there are rugs over the floors in the kitchen and living room with extra wood underneath. The floor on the balcony is soft and about to fall in. Never called me back and I've renter at LA Plage 4 or more times found a beautiful house right on the beach thru a realtor I won't be using Ana Maria Vacation rentals anymore God-bless

After reading how he treats the renters I would never bring my family to stay at this place. The place was absolutely filthy and needs condemned from all the pictures that were posted. If you're looking to stay on the island please find another establishment to spend your hard earned money.
