I have a very strong history of skin cancer. Saw Dr Juern for a full skin check. She was very rushed and wouldn’t listen to me. She did the exam in like 5 minutes and said she would see me in 6 months even though i told her i needed 3 month checks because of my history. I didnt trust her so I saw someone else 2 weeks later. That Dr found and biopsied what turned out to be 2 skin cancers and definitely put me on a 3 month recall. She actually listened to my history and took the time to examine my skin closely. The office was able to get my daughter in the same day, I was very concerned about a spot on her leg that wasn't going away. Dr. Juern was the sweetest most down to earth dr, I had met in a long time, she listened to my concern, took her time, reassured me it was nothing to be worried about, she then went on to remove 2 worts, and address my daughter's very dry irritated skin on her hands, we technically were only there for the spot on her leg.
