Dr. Juern is a very great doctor. I can't wait to see my results.
It’s a struggle getting a timely appointment and the office will cancel the appointment at times. When scheduling, the office shows weak customer service. When seen, it doesn’t feel as though my issues are addressed accurately. I was told by two different dermatologists that I had rosacea only to be told years later that it was not rocasea, after the pin prick spot spread to dime size requiring blue light treatment.
