She CANCELLED every single one of the 3 appointments I tried to book, accommodating her open schedule online. I had debilitating back pain and chest pain for days which was concerning because I could've been having a heart attack; but even giving this reason when I scheduled did not muster enough sympathy from this doctor. She was my PCP for 2 years and I never even got to see her - not once; and when I did drop in a few times, only a lone medical assistant was manning the clinic - the doctor seldom comes in.
I don’t know how this clinic is still in business, but the service provided by Dr. Chickey is absolutely terrible! I called and said that I wasn’t feeling well and needed to see a doctor as soon as possible to get some tests done. The earliest appointment they offered me was in 1,5 month! Seriously?! Their excuse was that the doctor isn’t in the office. How does a clinic even operate without a doctor? This is complete nonsense! Great doctor, patient, supportive, always in a good mood. I like her approach don't overcomplecate and don't overthink!
Dr Ana She is one of the worst doctor I ever had. she is very lazy and I requested for refills she didn’t respond. She is taking too many vacation and cancel my appointment too many time.
