Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
