I think the people with the negative reviews of waiting do not understand how the medical field works. You may have an appointment, but everyday doctors and dentists get emergency appointments that somehow have to be treated.

I went to Dr. McGuire's office after having to switch after getting new dental coverage. I arrived and the young man at the front desk was very professional, but when I was called in by the dental asst. (I assume) she didnt speak to me until she had me on the chair. She took Xrays and it was the first time that butterfly xrays really hurt... and I told her so, and that seemed to fall on deaf ears. No, I was always attended to Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this dentist friendly?
