I booked my first visit and showed up for the appt of which I have waited over 120 min (YES 2hr). I said that I will give her the benefit of the doubt due to the fact that my appt was the first appt after lunch. The second appointm I waited 90 min after which I walked out. Most folks in the waiting area were complaining about over 2 hr waits...SAD to see the disregards of someone's time!!! Save yourself the time and read other sites reviews before selecting this doc.
Horrible. Dr. Hayden did not speak confidently about my medical conditions, I had to wait OVER 2 HOURS to see her, and the clinic that she works out of is dirty and the waiting room smells like a zoo.
During the past six months I have had the pleasure of accompanying my friend to her appointments with Dr. Hayden. Also, during that time, I have had many phone calls regarding appointments and referrals with Dr. Hayden's staff. Without exception, the experience of working with Dr. Hayden and her staff has been wonderful. Dr. Hayden and her team are professionals who go the extra mile to ensure excellent patient care and I would recommend Dr. Hayden to anyone seeking outstanding treatment.
