Dr. Hayden is a great primary care physician. I posted a positive review of Dr. Hayden on this site which was posted. Now I looked and saw SOMEONE ELSE'S less than great review posted in my name. This is unfortunate and quite incorrect. Dr. Hayden is very experienced and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hayden is a great physician period.
I’m a new patient and been on hold for 20 mins just to make an appointment. Not okay at all
This is unacceptable, I haven't even met the doctor yet and already its unorganized and the front desk agent that assisted me (Island Accent)she was sweet but is as clueless as ever. I've recently moved to Ft. Laud. from Miami and had to change my PCP to Dr. Anna Hayden. When I booked my appointment I was told that they are not excepting new patients and gave me a much extended appointment date that was 3 weeks outs. Dr. Hayden is a great family physician. Many of her patients seem to be mature and older adults. Dr. Hayden is very thorough and professional. I cannot believe people would waste their time to badmouth her office. Dr. Hayden will guard your health and provide any and all indicated treatment. From a satisfied happy customer and patient. Dr. Hayden has been only beneficial to my health which is excellent!
Dr Hayden is a very likable person but I have had several issues over the past few years with her as my primary physician. 1) It is not unusual to wait 60-90 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. 2) She wants you to see her every 3 months even if you have zero medical problems. 3) She is the only physician at this location that requires an exam with her prior to every referral even if you just saw her a month ago.
Dr. Hayden is the consumate professional physician. She is very kind, thorough , and a very good listener. She is very experienced and Shepherd Cooperman gives her five stars or the highest possible rating.
