Our family has been going to Erica Smith for the several years. We really like her and she takes times with you. She acted quickly on a situation with our oldest son and after a quick assessment, she sent him directly to the ER in 2019. He was careflighted to MVH within a ln hour after that and was in ICU for 4 days. We truly believe that because of her quick actions, our son is still here today.
Receptionist has poor customer service skills. Made me feel like just calling the office to schedule an appointment was an inconvenience to her.
