I ordered a cake a month in advance. Two days before I was going to pick it up, they called me to inform me that it was going to cost substantially more and that they wouldn't be able to make the cake I wanted anyway because of the time left. The owner never returned my message and hid behind his teenage staff. No apologies and no effort to correct the matter properly. Highly unprofessional and a terrible way of doing business.

Thank you Artuso for making my daughter's sweet sixteen birthday cake, the cake was amazing! I brought in a picture of the cake we wanted and it was made identical to the picture, even prettier. Not only was the cake beautiful but the guest loved how it tasted. The staff is awesome and attentive. Thank you for being part of my daughter's successful sweet sixteen!

I remember getting pastries & ices on McLean Ave whenever we were near there when I was growing up, so I decided to buy miniature pastries & ices last Sunday since I was in the area. The cannolis (which were filled to order) & sfogliatelles were good, but the rest of the stuff was very disappointing! It was a shame that the sales girl who waited on me was not properly trained either...she had to keep asking one of the other girls about the fillings on the pastries I asked about, & she couldn't even fill the cup of ices prope... read more

Great place good product & people. Sweet tooth gets a good workout and they make the best super free cakes also if you have the need.
