My Grandmother was friends with Anna. I was brought up eating cream flavored ices and crumb bums. Little sweet rolls with my Grandma's meatballs. Not to forget the one of a kind cookies. As an adult I drive an hour once every couple months, down to Yonkers just to go to Artusos. In the summer my sisters and I will stop on the way home from Jones Beach and get quarts of Italian ice, loads them in a cooler, and get them home to enjoy with our kids. Customer service is alive and well at Artusos! The staff is amazing and go above and beyond. The custom cakes are beautiful and more importantly delicious. I love the variety between the traditional Italian favorites, seasonal specialty items and a ton of kid friendly treats. Try the pffernouse!!
