Very professional very polite, very clean. Free snacks and coffee while you wait.
I was not greeted when I arrived. There were several people sitting around and some on the phone. Finally a woman came through a door who said she had gone to the bathroom. To me that's poor customer service. Although the ladies on the back in who got me to sign for the car when they were finished were very nice and polite. I love good customer service but I'm a little worried about going back. Should I find someone else to service my vehicle?
