The doctor rushed over the high eye pressure concerns. We felt like we were wasting her time. She did not provide any feedback about the tests she performed or explain the results. I asked if she would write an assessment, and she told me to take pictures of the screen with my phone if I wanted the information. Dr Shue is medically very capable, smart and excellent with patients but terrible with time management. Unfortunately, she is probably a victim of Stanford's "template" care methodology where visits are bucketed into time-slots that might not be practical.
