What an awful wait time. Was told to be here at 12:45p for a 1p appointment. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes and it is 2pm and we haven’t even seen the doctor yet. Never again!
Radiology tech Torrey was amazing.she is very nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable. I felt she took enough time and did the imaging very thoroughly. Thank you.
Stay far away! I have no idea how I missed all the bad reviews when looking for a place to follow up after we went to urgent care for a broken finger. 5 months later we are in a billing nightmare with Luries because they used the wrong code so it looks like a hospital visit versus a specialist office visit, and they refuse to fix it. Aetna confirmed before and after our visits that it was in network and a specialist copay. Lurie's estimate for the visit was correct and we paid an office visit copay when we got there.
