This place is not an immediate care, and not transparent about their costs. It's very deceptive. I know there might be signs in the place but they should tell you up front when you make an appointment this is not going to be billed as a sick point like any other urgent care or dr office. They bill you like a hospital We got stuck paying $500 for a strep test and no one cares to tell you. this was a horrible experience dealing with their billing department. There are plenty of other urgent cares that can serve kids.

We had a very positive experience with the care of my 2 year old daughter. They were kind, thorough, timely, and gave us the proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Today my daughter is back in good health! They also were very kind to me (the mom) who showed up there in a panic!
I took my daughter here for increased effort of breathing and they told me I would have to wait 4 hiurs until an appointment sopened up. There is no triage system in place here and while it is an urgent care not er this is malpractice.
Do not call yourself immediate care when clearly you can’t provide immediate care. Appointment only . Literally almost 20 hours gap for next appointment.
