The receptionist or nurse is SO good, SO friendly. I just made an appointment for my younger cousin who was born recently. Well, honestly, this incident has 20% on me because my aunt didn't give me enough information. However, the lady of urology is SO patient for us. She can't wait to find an Intepretor for us. I know English, but my aunt doesn't. I understand all of the information is secured and monitored, but the nurse spoke with impatience and anger. Our son had ACL surgery and they were awesome! Very comforting and ready to help with anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through a serious procedure.
This is the best place , nurses and doctors showed real concern. They explained everything in detail. Question n answer time they didn't rush us or forget about us.
