This is my baby's first hospital stay for Sickle Cell crisis and I am uberly impressed with every staff member! From the nurses to the maintenance! Their customer service & care for my baby is superb!
All I can say is thank you Jesus for bleeding my daughter to be put in good hands! All of the staff is just amazing
Worst ER experience of my life! It was 3 hours even before my child was called to be registered. 5 hours before she was seen. Lack of communication internally among the staff. Complete lack of communication with the patients and total disrespect for their basic needs and time.
My son is receiving chemo at Lurie's and they always take the best care of him. Everyone there, the Doctors, Nurses, the wonderful ladies at the desk, everyone is just great.
I would recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone. I had such a great experience here. The nurses, the doctors and anyone who was willing to cater to my daughter... thank you.
The wait time was outrageous the staff completely disregarded my son's health this was my first time n the er but I've taken my daughter to the dermatologist there and have always had a great visit yesterday was either a bad day or that department needs to be retrained we were sent home with no results as to wats going on with my son I was given a number and told to call them
