Dr. Rhoten is always patient and goes the extra mile to take care of my mom.
Annie spent a great deal of time with me, testing my hearing and then explaining the results in great detail. She had clearly left plenty of time to be able to explain thoroughly all aspects of my hearing issues. She has a wonderful personality: warm, relaxed, non-judgemental. At the same time she is very knowledgeable and highly competent. To sum up, I really could not recommend her more highly.
