dr koval has been by doctor for over 20 years now znd she has been just wonderful. she keeps are my health screenings up to date and keeps me up to date on all my vaccines. She usually notifies me of lab results within 2 days after my office visit. and i am able to print out my results and also xrays and ct scans and mri. i can message my dr too and she replies usually same day. i am very pleased with the care i receive from her practice in westerville
She is a excellent doctor and works very hard to get a solution to my problem. In addition she is a wonderful person. I have been going to COPC for a number of years and I am very impressed with support staff, love them all.
Dr. Koval has been my long time primary care physician. I consider her to be the very best. She is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, thorough - I could not say enough to express my appreciation of Dr. Koval. Her office staff is also wonderful

Dr. Koval is a wonderful, caring physician. She closely monitors my health, and has done so for many years. Easy to talk to, she is also my husband’s doctor, as well as my adult daughter’s. If she is accepting new patients, I highly recommend her.
