This was my experience... I made my first appointment by walking into their office. I had to reschedule after I noticed a conflict... so I called today to reschedule.. to be put on hold... for 45 minutes then the phone call was dropped. I called back immediately a lady answered said "one moment please". After another 17 minute hold.. finally a live person to talk to. After this experience... I completely just cancelled... if that is what it takes to talk to a person... forget it. What if I had a medical question... how incre... read more
She is a nice doctor, but expect to wait 45 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be seen. The office asks the patient to show up 10 minutes before but then you have to sit and wait. What is the point of an appointment? Should schedule more time between appointments.
Dr. Ann Quesada, is a wonderful, caring Dr. I really appreciate her and she has been a great Dr. to both of my daughters as well!! Grateful 🥰
Sadly from the office to the provider was a horrible experience. First 4 months after a referral I had to call 3x to get an appointment to only be told the referral looked like it was for cancer and that "don't do that" so they never called! Nope, this was a regular yearly. Then the day of my appt they checked me in as the wrong patient and I sat for 2 hrs and repeatedly asked the receptionist how much longer. Finally get called back by my first name to discover...same first name wrong last name. Get moved to a room to see p... read more
